Being in the office doesn’t have to mean all work and no play. Jonas contacted us just a few weeks prior asking to help liven up teams after a couple of thorough client projects. With the office in need of a lift he turned to the only place he could think of: Hog Roast Horringer. Having spoken previously to Our Catering Manager as a guest at a private event Jonas had learned that Hog Roast Horringer also offers corporate catering solutions on top of our regular private event and wedding catering work. Now he knew he had a caterer of guaranteed quality and stylish service on his books, and so he soon was on the phone to us and arranging a brilliant buffet feast to feed his whole office in just a matter of weeks. With Hog Roast Horringer’s corporate catering we are sometimes able to offer priority service with quicker turnaround, and so fortunately for Jonas and BlueSky we were able to iron out details and arrangements very quickly for a near immediate booking.
Come the big day our team showed up to the office early and immediately got to cooking in an empty meeting space. With our early morning arrival our chefs had the time to whip up a huge feast of roast foods in time for lunch. The team had no idea we were on site at the time, so when Jonas called an all hands meeting to where we were set up the staff were pleasantly surprised to instead find our buffet setup. Pork and chicken roasts, burgers, gourmet sausages, roast potatoes, BBQ jackfruit, fries, colelslaw, fresh salads and mixed veg, and plenty of bread rolls and wraps. More than plenty to go round for all!
The BlueSky team had a wonderful and laid back early afternoon, and Jonas graciously contacted us again later on to thank us for our catering and to say that the team’s spirits had been massively lifted by our service. Another job well done for Hog Roast Horringer!
