Ella and her best friend Amy both turned 21 in March, so chose to hot a joint celebration to mark the occasion. The pair are both very sociable and enjoy spending time with friends and family, so decided that a party would be a great way to spend the day. Ella’s parents contacted Hog Roast Cressing to arrange catering for the occasion, requiring a menu that would be ideal for 130 guests. After discussing our options, the family decided on our Gourmet BBQ menu.
Hog Roast Cressing’s BBQ menu includes a variety of tasty main dishes, including succulent sausages, British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. This versatile menu ensures that there is something for everyone to enjoy, including guests of all ages. As well as mains, our team also served corn cobettes, crunchy coleslaw, fresh bread rolls, homemade chips, and seasonal salad dishes. Overall, this was a delicious and varied menu that was ideal for this occasion. The meal was served buffet style on disposable plates, suiting the informal tone of the party
