Patrick is currently organising a party for his family to enjoy this spring to celebrate the start of the good weather and make the most of the easter break. For the party, he is planning on inviting his friends and family to his home and hosting a gathering in the back garden, which has plenty of space to chat, eat, and listen to music. For the catering, Hog Roast Fryerning has been hired to provide a gourmet BBQ for the occasion, as this menu is perfect for a spring party. Our BBQ menu has a wide variety of dishes and plenty for the 30 guests to enjoy, including gluten and meat-free options.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Fryerning team arrived at Patrick’s home with plenty of time to prepare for the 2:00pm mealtime. We began by preparing the main dishes, which included juicy pork sausages, veggie sausages, succulent British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, we provided homemade chips, sweet potato fries, a selection of fresh salad dishes, crunchy coleslaw, and corn cobettes. Overall, this created a delicious and varied main meal with something for every guest to enjoy and plenty to go around. Our menu was a great addition to this spring party and went down a treat while the sun was shining!
