Hog Roast Ulting’s latest event was a sweet and loving 60th birthday celebration. The client was celebrating a very special birthday and wanted a luxurious party to mark the occasion.
There was an intimate guest list of 12 people and initially the client was unsure whether Hog Roast Ulting would cater such a small guest list. But after having spoken to the team the client was reassured that the team caters all events, with guest lists from just a small few to a few hundred. No event is ever too small to be special and catered by the Hog Roast team.
The menu for the event was based around the Hog Roast Southern style menu, and the client worked with the team to select specific dishes. It was a feast for the eyes as well as a treat for the taste buds.
Catering Manager James from Hog Roast Ulting arrived at the clients house (where the party was taking place) several hours before the 6pm serving time. All the dishes were prepared fresh on site in those hours between his arrival and the serving time, meaning that all the tasty treats were at their very best when they were enjoyed by the guests.
The serving table was heavily laden with the dishes the client had selected. There was Texan 24hr Beef Brisket, Cajun spiced whole chicken breasts and sticky pork ribs. Alongside these meat choices there was also a healthy potato salad, Memphis style crunchy coleslaw, Greek salad, halloumi skewers and soft gluten free rolls for everyone to enjoy. Catering Manager James had created a feast fit for kings.
There were also delicious desserts on offer at this party, and James had our done himself. Not only did the puddings look tempting, they tasted wonderful too. The guests could pick between vacherins of strawberries and lemon tart, both of which could be served with cream.
Once the food had been eaten by the guests James quietly tidied away, as well as taking all the rubbish away from the party he also had to gather the wooden crockery and cutlery that the team had supplied for the guests to use. The event had been a massive success, and the client and guests had been delighted by the buffet.
