For a tasty treat to enjoy with your guests, you can’t go wrong with Hog Roast Lavenham catering. After years of perfecting our menus, we offer plenty of choice and variety so that whatever your wants and needs, we can deliver. Whether you need alternative main courses for guests with dietary requirements, a multi-course menu such as a starter, main and dessert, or additional dishes like hot or cold sides or canapés, we can ensure that everyone invited gets to enjoy delicious food made from fresh, quality ingredients.
While our Hog Roast Lavenham signature dish, the good old hog roast, is something we’re renowned for (after all, it’s a part of our name!) we can also provide different meat mains instead if preferred, or even as well as one. We could cook you a barbecue of sausages, ribs and burgers, for example, or spit-roast whole chickens or turkeys or slabs of beef or lamb. One of our speciality menus may instead be just the ticket for your special occasion, like our winter warmer that features your choice of meat, potatoes and vegetables and all the trimmings you’d expect, or our Southern Slow Roast, which gives you three marinated meats and four sides from a selection.
New to 2020, we recently added loaded fries to our offerings, and if you’re looking for something a little bit different to impress your guests with, this could well be it. To make our loaded fries, we top freshly-cooked French fries with your choice of slow-roast pulled pork or barbecued beef brisket, as well as melted cheese, jalapenos and either a spicy or a zesty slaw. You can order them as a standalone menu or as an additional dish to be served at your party or event, and for Adam’s 40th birthday party at the weekend, he asked us to make both these mains.
On Saturday, our Hog Roast Lavenham chef and catering team prepared, cooked and served over a number of hours, with both pork and beef loaded fries going down a storm with Adam and his hungry guests. By the end of service, we had filled everyone’s tummies with deliciousness and then we cleared away and left them all to dance the night away.
