Hog Roast Jasper's GreenWhen it comes to providing plenty of choice and variety for various functions, Hog Roast Jasper’s Green is number one and our professional chefs and team members all work hard to fill tummies with suitable, fresh, tasty options. From the high-quality local meat that we cook, which we source from trusted suppliers of farmers and butchers, to the other fresh, quality ingredients we use to make starters, sides, desserts and canapés if needed, we offer so much more than you might imagine and take pride in it. We have an amazing number of dishes that we can prepare, cook and serve, including a number of mains to suit carnivores as well as non-meat eaters and those on diets – from vegetarian to vegan and dairy-free to gluten-free. Whatever your needs, we can make it happen.

At this time of year, our Hog Roast Jasper’s Green winter warmer might be exactly what’s needed to make your party go with a bang, with your choice of meat, vegetables and potatoes served as a plated meal, or it may be our famous pigs in buns, our new loaded fries or one of our Southern Slow Roast menus. For our new customer Mitchell, the latter was a great idea, as he wanted to ensure that there were several options served, and this menu gives you three marinated meats, which we slowly cook on the day for hours on end, as well as four side dishes.

Yesterday, we cooked our pork butt, beef brisket and Cajun chickens, as well as sweet potato wedges and corn cobettes, and also prepared two fresh salad dishes for Mitchell and his fifty guests. The mouthwatering meats and tasty hot and cold sides all went down a treat and by the end of service, everything had been completely devoured, which is just what we like to see.
