Hog Roast Grays take pride and enjoyment in each and every event we are lucky enough to be asked to attend. We know that there has likely been a lot of planning on your behalf in preparation for you event, whatever it may be, and so we always like to go the extra mile where possible to ensure we do more than our bit to help your day go perfectly!
This weekend we were catering at a wedding for our client Steve, who was hosting a wedding reception at the Rising Sun pub in Rochester. When we arrived on site we were greeted by a lovely gazebo and decorations that had been organised especially and really made the venue stand out. As we had one hundred guests to cater for we quickly got set up and started with the Hog Roast Grays!
For the main option we had our classic whole roasted hog that was to be served with lots of crispy crackling, sweet applesauce, homemade stuffing and freshly baked bread rolls. Hog Roast Grays always cater to any dietary requirements and so we had planned to create our delicious vegetable skewers for the vegetarians as well as arranging for some gluten free bread rolls so that everyone could enjoy the roast. The food was served up on biodegradable disposable crockery and cutlery and catering manager Jean-Paul was on hand throughout the event to ensure all ran smoothly.
After our Hog Roast Grays team had served up the main course and the wedding party were getting underway with the speeches, we turned our attention to the dessert. For this event we had our deliciously moreish chocolate torte and strawberry vacherin- the perfect way to end a Hog Roast Grays wedding! All that was left to do was discreetly tidy away and leave the guests to enjoy themselves…
