As the weather starts to warm up, Hog Roast Barking sees an increase in the number of barbeques that we are catering for, with our Gourmet BBQ menu becoming increasingly popular! This menu includes a variety of main dishes and has plenty for all of your guests to enjoy, which is why it always goes down a treat!
In preparation for spring, Hog Roast Barking has been contacted to provide catering for a family gathering taking place in April. The gathering is something that takes place several times a year, with different family members in charge of organising the occasion. This time, Sarah was in charge and she wanted to organise something that would e memorable, yet still would be casual and enjoyable for all of the guests. After looking through our menus, it was decided that a Gourmet BBQ from Hog Roast Barking would be perfect for the occasion as it includes plenty of different dishes to choose from and plenty to go around.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Barking team is planning on providing a barbeque for the 35 guests to enjoy at Sarah’s family home. We will begin the preparation by cooking the main dishes, which is going to include succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs. The mains will all be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside a selection of tasty salad dishes. For the sides, Hog Roast Barking will serve homemade chips, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, and crunchy coleslaw. Overall, this will create a varied and delicious lunch for the family to enjoy, with plenty to keep the guests satisfied! The Hog Roast Barking team is looking forward to meeting this great group of people and catering for a fun springtime gathering.
