September and we are all feeling that little nip in the air and our bookings haven’t been affected in any way at all we are still super busy with orders galore and the business is going from strength to strength. This weekend we were catering for a lady who wanted a hog roast in Blackmore End who has used us before what a compliment people coming back to us. The lady had booked us at Christmas to cater for her husbands fiftieth because they wanted a hog roast in Blackmore End and again she booked us for another birthday her own and her fiftieth we thought it really sweet that she came back t us again and it was nice seeing the her again and we feel this could be the very start of a beautiful friendship! Hog Roast Hire came with lots of food and it was so nice to see the old faces again as a lot of the guests were at her husband’s party. a pig was ordered with some crackling and apple sauce and some beef we ne she would order beef again as her husband had it at his event and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. 
We decided to take some turkey with us as a little extra we wanted to show the lady how well the turkey cooks and we weren’t going to charge her for t just a nice little extra we like to be nice! When we said all our hellos to everyone we got to work straight away all the meat cooking tables set and salads chopped and all the wonderful garnishes made all the guests as usual were fascinated with the pig as ever and we love that! The crackling was son bubbling away and then it was time to eat we carved the meats and the turkey and we gave the huge plate of turkey to the lady and told her to taste it she was ever so impressed like we knew she would be and couldn’t believe that the meat was to tender turkey is now a firm favourite and we guess when she uses us again turkey will be added the list!
