Will works as a landscaper, but this job leaves him with little time to work on his own garden. Since moving to Essex last year, he has only just been able to put the finishing touches on his garden. He has created a beautiful space with plenty of flowers and plants, an ivy archway, a small fish pond, and a covered seating area. His friends have been hearing about his progress over the last twelve months and are all eager to see the finished product, so Will has planned a garden party to showcase his hard work. Hog Roast Stock has been hired to cater for the occasion, which will be an ideal addition to the event. Our catering manager James has been hired to serve our Gourmet BBQ menu, which is sure to go down a treat in the sunshine!
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Stock team arrived at the private venue in the morning and set up our catering station on Will’s patio. We began by preparing the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes were served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a green leaf salad. Overall, this menu had plenty of dishes to choose from, allowing every guest to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. The sun stayed out all afternoon, which was perfect for allowing Will to show off his beautiful garden!
