Hog Roast Chappel – Succulent Slow Roast!

What a glorious summer we are having in Chappel this year. This week we have been extremely busy with hog roast jobs booked in nearly every day. Personally my favourite event of the week was a joint 21st birthday last Saturday night. We arrived at the house and set up in the far corner of the garden. A huge marquee was placed in the centre of the garden with disco lights beaming into the sky, the hip music made me feel young again!

Our hog roast in Chappel always goes down a storm but this time we were asked to cater our new southern slow roast menu. A selection of pulled pork, beef and Lamb all roasted ‘Low and Slow’ over Flames served with fresh salads and jacket wedges. Everyone loved the food, the hungry teens re filled their plates several times and the buffet table was bare at the end of the night.
After the event we packed our machine away and headed home to prepare for our next hog roast in Chappel.
