The Spitting Pig team have spent most of the month of March preparing for what seems to be a very busy season ahead. Let the Hog Roasting begin!
For the past couple of weeks, Hog Roast Writtle have been trialing new recipes for our salads and vegetarian options. Our all new Greek Salad is jam packed with juicy olives and feta cheese whilst our delicious vegetable Tarts are bursting with flavour from seasonal vegetables and goats cheese, we are certain these will go down a storm. The SPE team are extremely pleased with the outcome and look forward to serving our homemade accompaniments to our lovely customers this year.
Our next catering event will be for our very popular Menu 1, pig in a bun with stuffing and homemade apple sauce, Yum! The event is a surprise birthday party in Writtle; it is so much fun being part of the planning when you know the guest of honour has no idea!
