Colchester Gourmet BBQ Garden Party

I made my way to Colchester to be there for 11am to set up and get cooking for the Hog Roast Colchester garden party to be served at 2pm! The sun was on my side, glistening through the trees surrounding the garden area. Karen and Matt had chosen the sizzling Gourmet BBQ option for the Hog Roast Colchester.  After I had set up I prepared all the fresh salads and delicious coleslaw to be served alongside the meat. I chopped all the potatoes into wedges ready to be deep fried so they had a crispy texture and a fluffy inside! Around 1.40pm I lit the flames and placed all the meats id prepared the night before on to the BBQ. This menu included home made beef burgers, gourmet sausages, thai chicken kebabs and BBQ spare ribs. You could smell the scent of the spices and peppers from the thai kebabs. People began to queue up with the real china crockery plates we had provided as I served them the meat of their choice. Everyone was commented on how delicious and tender all the meat was, and everyone had more than one option! Karen and Matt said they would recommend me to all their friends and family which was great to hear!

Hog Roast Colchester was as great success!
