Another wedding for Hog Roast Billericay!

Hog Roast BillericayWe recently had a wonderful time catering Alison and Neil’s wedding day locally. Hog Roast Billericay is the number one choice if you want a hog or spit roast served on your special occasion, even if it’s not a wedding, as we cater all kinds of celebrations like birthdays, engagements, and christenings, as well as charity events and work parties. Nevertheless, did you know that we can also provide so much more in terms of variety and choice too?

You may prefer a different kind of food served to you and your guests on your special occasion, like a gourmet barbecue, our succulent pigs in buns or a feast consisting of several courses, preceded by handmade canapés and followed by handmade desserts. We can do it all and with one of our menus, the Southern Slow Roast, you will be amazed by how much choice and variety you get. We give you your choice of three tasty, marinated meat dishes from a possible five and your choice of four delicious sides from a possible seven, as well as a vegetarian option if required. So many personal tastes are covered by this menu that you can be sure of everyone being well-fed at your event, and if you have any other special diets that need catering, just let us know in advance.

Hog Roast BillericayWhen Alison and Neil booked the catering with us for their big day, they asked us to serve our Hog Roast Billericay Southern Slow Roast, as they had loved it at a friend’s party last summer. With our mouthwatering trio of Creole pulled quarter of spiced lamb, Cajun spiced whole roast chickens and BBQ pork butt, their guests would be wowed, just as they would be when they saw the variety in terms of the sides too – in this case, Memphis style crunchy coleslaw, a Greek salad, corn on the cob and mac and cheese.

Serving this fabulous menu on this couple’s special day was a pleasure for Hog Roast Billericay, and the 65 guests couldn’t get enough of the fresh, homemade dishes that we provided. All of the slow-roasted marinated meats and most of the sides were completely devoured before we left them all to party the night away.
