What a lovely way to start the week with a corporate menu from Hog Roast Haverhill! We had been contacted several months ago now by Natalie who works for Eat Natural. She had been contacting us regarding an event she was organising for Hand2Mouth LTD who are linked to Eat Natural. They were putting on a corporate event for lots of their clients and staff to get together and enjoy some food and they had decided to go with us at Hog Roast Haverhill for their catering. Our catering manager Jean-Paul worked with Natalie to establish any dietary requirements or special requests when they designed the menu and from then on it was all up to Jean-Paul and his Hog Roast Haverhill catering team to deliver the goods on the day…
The venue for this event was the stunning Tufton Hall Vineyard just outside of Castle Hedingham. We made sure to arrive bright and early in order to give us the maximum amount of time to get everything prepared and on time for the 2’o’clock serve time. As there were going to be approximately two hundred and fifty guests, we were sure to be kept busy but this is of course what we do best!
On the menu for this event was our classic Hog Roast Haverhill whole roasted hog with all the trimmings including stuffing, applesauce and plenty of crackling. For the vegetarians we made sure they weren’t forgotten about with Jean-Pauls speciality vegetarian quiche. From then on it was all about the accompaniments! We had absolutely everything you could imagine from our green leaf salad and crunchy coleslaw to customer favourites of our herby roasted potatoes and moreish garlic bread. Just for extra measure Jean-Paul also prepared some spit roasted chickens and pieces of lamb so they there really would be something for everyone to enjoy…
