Spitting Pig Essex were asked to cater for a small amount of family and 
friends for a memorial service in Great Baddow. We arrived at our clients house near to Great Baddow at 8.30am to set up our pop up kitchen and to get the Hog Roast Great Baddow spitting over flames as the food serve time was 2pm. The menu of choice for the day was our very popular menu 3, hog with all the trimmings, plus new potatoes with mint and butter, homemade coleslaw, green leaf salad and tomato and mozzarella salad. The family left for the service at 12 midday leaving us in their garden preparing the food for their return.
Whenthey arrived back at the house the mood was solemn at first but they were very happy with the feast we had prepared! As they had ordered a whole Hog Roast Great Baddow for a very small amount of people there were lots of lovely left overs for them in the evening and for the next few days…….
