If you already have a vision in mind, don’t hesitate to inform your personal chef as to the type of meal you’d prefer and how you’d like it served. While our hog roasts are certainly our most popular dish amongst our customers, we understand that some guests will have specific dietary requests – but rest assured – we’ll take care of it. You can select the menus that you’d like your guests to be served, so it would be helpful if you could inform of us of any allergies or dietary requests in the weeks beforehand. We do, however, have a selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes available on our menus.
