All the heat you need this summer is packed into our southern slow roast menu. We have Cajun spiced whole roast chickens, brilliantly made on our authentic rotisserie cooker for even more intensive flavour and a tender meatiness that won’t leave your chicken dried out from the roast. Our BBQ pork butt will provide that good mix of smoky and sweet flavour as it comes well marinated and brilliantly cooked.
In the style of the Texans (where heat is easy to come by) we have a 24-hour beef brisket, too, which pairs brilliantly with our fall of the bone stick pork ribs or our pulled quarter of mint lamb. Each of these meat dishes is cooked low and slow, ensuring that the flavour is brought to its fullest with each dish, intensifying our rubs and marinade to bring out the heat, too.
