This week’s event was slightly different than usual. This time, instead of hog roast Ashingdon going along and catering for the clients, we were booked to do a DIY, we deliver a machine and leave them to do all the hard work themselves (it’s easy really). The client had requested we took the machine fully built, without gas or pig as this is something they would be providing themselves. Hog roast Ashingdon woke up early Saturday morning to load the machine onto the van; we then set of to the venue which was only a 10minute drive from our base. Their event was starting at around 5pm with the food being served at around 7pm, so to ensure the pig was cooked in time, hog roast Ashingdon got the machine delivered for around dinner. Pigs take around 6 hours to cook, so arriving early will give our clients enough time to set up and get the pig on to slowly cook. Once delivered hog roast Ashingdon headed of back home, ready to collect our machine the following day.
