With Hog Roast Brentwood providing the food on the day of your special occasion, you’re in safe hands. We’re all about reliability, professionalism and ensuring that you and your guests enjoy truly delicious food, whatever kind of party or event you’re planning. For many years now, we’ve catered a whole range of different events, from weddings to birthdays, christenings to school fetes, and we’re also highly experienced in catering corporate events too.
When Lorraine from PERI Ltd contacted us to cater a staff team day with our Corporate Hospitality Menu 3 at the Warley St branch in Brentwood’s Great Warley, that meant we would be serving our tasty hog roast alongside their choice of salads and a potato option. Here at Hog Roast Brentwood, we have several corporate menus for our customers to look through but we also encourage you to devise your own menu if preferred, but in this case, Lorraine knew what the staff would love.
With this particular menu, you can choose from pork, lamb, beef, turkey, or chicken to be spit-roasted and to be served with three of the following salads – fresh green leaf, carrot and orange with sesame dressing, crispy Thai, avocado and cherry tomato, Waldorf, tomato and basil, classic Caesar, homemade coleslaw, couscous or Mediterranean. For the potato option, you can choose either a new potato salad, jacket wedges, jacket potatoes, warmed new potatoes in a herb butter, roasted new potatoes with sea salt and rosemary or roasted new potatoes with rosemary and garlic. Phew! As you can see, we really do love to offer plenty of choice!
Corporate Hospitality Menu 3 includes a Hog Roast Brentwood chef, catering assistant and waiting staff and the chef prepares, cooks and carves your meat on-site. We provide crusty bread rolls, our own homemade apple sauce and stuffing and a selection of sauces, and this means you and your guests can make pigs in buns too.
For the 60 to 70 guests at this corporate event, we started serving all of our yummy food around 1.30pm and by the end of service, all the plates came back clean, which is just what we like to see.
