We had a lot of fun at this month at hog roast hire Barking. We set the month off to a good start with a huge New Year’s Eve party which we catered at a pub just outside the town. The hog had been roasting for six or 7 hours and was done to a tee. Slap that in one of our freshly baked rolls from our local baker, with a good smear of our speciality stuffing, drizzle it in gravy and you have the perfect midnight snack.
