Lee was an absolute delight: professional, polite, friendly and exceptionally good at what he does – in the face of much adversity from the elements. And boy he knows his stuff.
Everyone whom attended truly loved the food and the ‘theatre’ of the hog roast concept, and you certainly err on the side of over catering as opposed to leaving it short.
Lee was wonderfully accommodating about helping us save the copious left overs and packing doggy bags for guests.
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant – we’ll without question use you guys again – incredibly reliable and tidied everything away – we would never have known he’d been.
